- Any costs incurred for purchased assets (e.g., stock images, premium themes, etc.) that are non-refundable will be deducted from your refund.
- No Refund After Project Completion: Once the final website has been delivered, and the project is marked as completed, no refund will be issued. If there are any issues or modifications needed, we will work with you to resolve them as part of our support services.
3. Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.)
- Initial Setup Fees: Any initial setup fees for digital marketing services (such as SEO, paid ads, social media campaigns) are non-refundable.
- Ongoing Services: For ongoing digital marketing services, we operate on a monthly or agreed-upon retainer basis. Refunds for months where services have been provided in full will not be issued.
- Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel any ongoing services, we require written notice. Any payments made for services not yet rendered (such as an advance for the upcoming month) will be refunded. However, refunds will not be issued for any work that has already been completed.
